Biography
Fan Kexin (Chinese: 范可新; pinyin: Fàn Kěxīn; Mandarin pronunciation: [fân kʰɤ̀ ɕín]; born 19 September 1993) is a Chinese short-track speed-skater. She has been on the Chinese national team since 2010. She won two silver medals in the 500 meters and 3000 meters relay at the 2010 ISU World Junior Championships.
